Towards Elven Spiritual Evolution

As i start walking on this Elven Light Path, I must develop the theme and tell my story, or begin telling my story. It is in nature that I recharge and find fulfillment and that is key to my Elven soul and being connected and interlinked with nature is what is centrally foundational to being an Elf to me and it would be impossible, in my mind, to be a Elf without caring for and about nature and our connection or synergy or link to said nature. Also, for me, the supernatural , the numinous, the Fae, otherworldly, magic, are as real to me as breathing or nature itself. However, as I elucidate this path for you, I must make clear this is all about me raising my consciousness level and not starting a new bloodline or cult or Trumpian vanity project. No, this is about what I am doing for planet Earth and how being Elven is profoundly intertwined with this synergy of being interconnected with nature and this planet Earth and this climate change fight(nor am I seeking an overtly partisan/political blog, in the sense of imposing an universally prescriptive cult). Let’s be clear. Nothing in this Elven light path is against good sense, good morals, common sense, or truth or a solid practical pragmatic ethics. This is solidly grounded in being down to earth and being sensible and practical. This is truly Elven to me and just because something is called spiritual, it does not mean it is per se against common sense or even frankly, sanity and good taste itself.(ah, dear Donald Trump, bless his soul, combined in himself is a double trespass against BOTH sanity and good taste, after all when one is a very stable genius…). Now that I have gotten that out of the way, let’s delve in deeper to what I am calling the Elven light path.

It also helps I am Canadian, an Canuck, and being close to and in touch with nature is natural to me and i am simply commune with nature as a matter of course and as part of my daily life. Logical, no? Also i read a lot of fantasy and do a lot of rp, in which Elves are an established mainstay, if a little cliched at times. However i find some rp portrayal/depiction/characterization of Elves to be too stereotyped, cliched, bastardized, etc…To me, I identify, with being a Light Elf and not an Dark Elf although Dark elves are fine and part of the natural order, and one must travel through darkness to get to the light and the Carl Jung quote about not imaging figures of Light, but becoming the Light ourselves, is very apt and evocative and for me must be foundational and fundamental and this is only possible by examining and engaging with our shadow or darker side of ourselves and this is key to me even i say this is a path of the Light, the path beyond the path beyond all paths.
