A Dignified and Noble people, the Elves, part three

If one greets the varying and various fortunes or misfortunes with dignity, composure, sangfroid, it is easier to manage and to deal with, if one is serenely calm in the face of life, and meets it with grace and calmness under pressure, and studiously cultivates patience and peace, the world is better and existence appears meaningful, purposeful, and ordered. There is a moral and spiritual order in many dimensions and universes, and immortality gives plenty of time to think and ponder and reflect and contemplate on things and how to manage them and to maintain an dignity at all times and places, and use grace of manner and of expression to express a light language, which is Elvish. The Elves have these qualities in abundance and dignity and grace are Elven qualities and themes. Elves do not condescend, patronize, talk down to, and insult others, but if someone mistreats them, they simply either ignore it, walk away, or teach a lesson. Elves are grace and dignity personified coupled and along with intimately noble and high minded and always take the high road in responding to injustice and evil. furthermore, Elves act supremely nobly and moral and take care to protect and guard life and all that is precious, and special, and magical and enchanted and valuable. Elves are serious-minded, dutiful, earnest immortal beings and have the patience of many lifetimes and time goes by at a steady clip and the perspective of immortality gives them an long-range perspective that can see the past, present, and future as if in a time glass of eternity and the Wheel of Existence.

But will humans honor the earth and all of its creatures, natural or otherwise? the Fae will come to humanity’s aid, but will humanity respond? Perhaps, we cannot see all ends and the end is not yet written beyond all doubt, no? Wait to see what happens and stretch out our hands in friendship and alliance, to wait for the morning after a long night? All that is gold does not glitter and not all who wander are lost. Hope is not yet lost among Men, the time of the Elves is order, and do we leave Middle Earth to its fate? Do we let them stand alone?

But…
